Usage Report

The usage report provides detailed information about service hours and traffic volume (monthly traffic volume and transcoder usage time) to allow a service provider to estimate service costs for live transcoding/transmission services. Usage information provides information up to six months from the time of inquiry.

For detailed billing policy, please refer to the live transcoding service pricing policy on the service portal.

The settings field to check service usage are as follows.

Settings Field	Description
Select Channel	Select the live transcoding service channel to look up usage.
Select the month for search	Select the month for search: Select the month to look up usage.

Service usage information is as follows.

List Name	Details	Description
Public Traffic	Monthly Outbound Traffic	Total amount of data transmitted by the live transcoder over the public network for the month.
Transcoder	Daily Usage Time	Total usage time of live transcoder for the date.
	Monthly Usage time	Total usage time of the live transcoder for the month.

Even if you do not use live transcoding or streaming service after opening a channel, you will be charged according to the usage time according to the billing policy until the channel is deleted. So delete service channels that you will not use for a long time.

Search by period

You can look up the service traffic volume by a specific period for the live transcoding service and also generates a service traffic report. You can look up the traffic volume up to 60 days from the start date.

• Public Outbound Traffic Volume: The amount of outbound traffic transmitted by the live transcoder over the public network. This is subject to billing.

• Private Traffic: The amount of outbound traffic transmitted through the cloud internal network where live transcoder is operated. This is not subject to billing.

The setting field to check traffic transfer amount are as follows.

Search Period	View the traffic transmission volume for a specific period. You can look up the traffic volume up to 60 days from the start date. Depending on the search period, the time unit(minute, hour) of the outbound traffic volume differs as follows. Less than 7 days: It provides the outbound traffic every 10 minute. Between 7 days ~ 1 month: It provides the outbound traffic every 30 minute Over 1 month:It provides the outbound traffic every 12 hour.
	Shows the traffic usage during the search period in table.

When linking the live transcoder with a global accelerator for live streaming service, traffic transmitted through the same cloud internal network connection is not charged. If you need to link with other systems for live streaming service, please contact the technical support staff to optimize the service charge.
