Re-stream Management

  • To retransmit the received live video signals to streaming service platforms such as YouTube and Naver TV, you need to create a re-stream channel.

Channel Create

  • Open a re-streaming service channel. The channel opening procedure is as follows.

  • Click the 'Create Channel' button to set up the channel.

  • Continue with Re-Stream Channel setup.

  • Check the information and continue with creating a channel.

A device for creating a re-stream channel is created with the minimum specification of 'BL2.4x8'. After channel creation, there is a basic service charge for using the device. For detailed billing policy, please refer to the price information on the service portal.

If you do not use it for a long time, please delete the channel to prevent unnecessary charging.

Step1: Configure Re-Stream Channel.

Channel Name

Channel name.

Event Notification

Event Notification.

  • On: Allow event alarm.

  • Off: Do not allow event alarm

Re-Stream Platform

Set target platform for re-streaming.

Youtube

YouTube Retransmit the live video to YouTube.

Naver TV

Naver TV Retransmit the live video to Naver TV.

RTMP URL

The URL of the target platform to retransmit the live raw video. (RTM Push)

Stream Key

Stream Key to send live raw video to target platform with RTMP Push.

For re-streaming service, it is necessary to open a live streaming service channel first on the re-streaming target platform (for example, YouTube, Naver TV, etc.) and check the channel's Upstream information (RTMP URL, Stream Key) to complete the setup.

Step2. Final Check & Create Channel

Check the Re-Stream Channel information and click the 'Create Re-Stream Channel' button to complete the channel creation. It takes about 6 to 10 minutes to complete the channel opening.

It allows searching for re-streaming service channel by its channel name.

Enable or disable Event Notification.

  • On: Allow event alarm.

  • Off: Do not allow event alarm.

Service channel ID(it is automatically generated by the system)

Output Date

Start time for re-streaming.

Usage Time

Display usage time after creating a channel.

Re-Stream Platform

Number of re-streaming platforms.

Stream Key

Stream Key to send the original video into a live transcoder with RTMP Push.

Upstream URL

Live Transcoder Server URL for customers (service providers) to bring in live original videos into RTMP Push.
